At Khal Simchas Chaim, you are not just a visitor—you are family.Our shul is proudly named after Chaim’il Schonbrun A’H, who was summoned back to Shamayim at the young age of 23 on February 20, 2007 (2 Adar 5767), while in the middle of learning during seder at BMG. Chaim’il was beloved by all who knew him, known for his ever-present Simchas HaChaim and infectious warmth. His joy for Yiddishkeit and devotion to Torah left an indelible mark on his friends and community. As we gather in this makom tefillah, we strive to emulate his example, infusing our daily avodah with the same Simchas HaChaim that he so beautifully embodied.
